2009 AKC/Eukanuba National Championship

The 2009 AKC/Eukanuba National Championship will be a historical event celebrating the 125th year of the American Kennel Club. The show will be held on December 12th & 13th, 2009 at the Long Beach Convention and Entertainment Center in Long Beach, CA. Over 260,000 square feet of space will be utilized for conformation, 30,000 square feet for Obedience, and a 60,000 square foot unique structure will host our AKC Agility Invitational. The AKC Meets the Breeds® will continue to be one of the signature events that takes place over this weekend.

Over 130 Specialty Clubs will be hosting a Specialty or Supported entry at this event.

The Kennel Club of Beverly Hills, The Los Encino Kennel Club and The Long Beach Kennel Club will hold their all breed dog shows in the same venue on the days preceding the AKC/Eukanuba National Championship. Many clubs will be holding Specialties, Supported Entries and Sweepstakes at these events. These All Breed Shows will be superintended by Jack Bradshaw Dog Shows.

Executive Conferences—New Expanded Format!

For years, PIDA’s Executive Conference program has been one of the association’s most valuable member benefits. These concentrated, no-nonsense, one-on-one sessions are so important that they have been expanded to a total of 9 ½ hours over two days. Each distributor will have a private, draped booth in which to host their conferences. Each fifteen minute conference demands planning and preparation by both parties.
