P&PI is a small non-profit 501 organization of Louisiana, USA. They consist of concerned and dedicated volunteers, many who rescue and/or foster cats and dogs, maintain colonies of feral cats, care for special needs cats and dogs, and promote proactive animal awareness. They offer information and education regarding humane treatment of all animals.
